Within Visit London's stunning new 6th floor offices just south of Tower Bridge, in the exciting More London new business district, we have created an area exclusively for partners with the following facilities:
Technical:
Touch-down area comprising:
- 4 x internet access screens;
- 4 x docking points for own laptop (including internet access)
- Wireless hot-spot
- 42" plasma screen
Meeting/seating:
- Semi-private (screened) table for up to 8
- 5 x coffee tables, each with a pair of comfy chairs
For larger meetings you can hire Visit London’s Boardroom
Refreshments
- Vending machines for hot & cold drinks, crisps & chocolate bars
Access/Security/Booking
We are aiming for a balance in Club London between "relaxed" and "business-like", so in the first instance we'll try to operate the area without too many rules and regulations. However, some are inevitable:
- Club London is open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Use of Club London is always subject to availability.
- Use of Club London does not give access to the rest of Visit London's offices.
- Users of Club London must sign in with VL Reception, and wear a Visitor badge at all times when on the premises.
- Partners are requested to leave all areas clean and tidy after use.
- The Meeting Table must be booked, if required.
- Coffee tables and the touch-down area need not be booked, but access is covered by the advance notification requirement below.
- Advance notification of required access is essential, in order for Visit London to comply with More London security requirements.
- However, in cases of emergency please contact Visit London reception on 020 7234 5800 and we will do our best to accommodate you - for example if you are suddenly stranded between meetings and need somewhere to catch your breath!
