Thomas Cook Group plc was formed on June 19th 2007 by the merger of Thomas Cook AG and MyTravel Group plc.

Airport Services
In 2007 bureau services resumed at Manchester Airport after a five-year gap with operations starting at the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport from March 2008.
